Rosie is a sustainability strategist with a passion for aligning environmental, social, and economic outcomes. With over seven years at EY in Australia and the UK, Rosie led initiatives in decarbonisation, biodiversity, innovation and ESG strategy across sectors including agriculture, transport, and healthcare. She has helped shape sustainability visions, materiality assessments, and action plans for global clients, and co-authored a net-zero pathway for Australia’s agriculture sector. Rosie has built innovation strategies and investment roadmaps, to help companies prepare and adjust to a changing world. She also has hands-on experience developing carbon and biodiversity projects in Tasmania. Raised on her family’s sheep and cattle farm, Rosie brings both lived experience and technical depth to her work. She is driven by a commitment to long-term value and nature-positive solutions.
